Planning Your Plant Selection Against Zombies

The Sunflower is the most important plant in Plants Vs. Zombies because it gives you Sun and you need the Sun to grow your plants. But the downside to Sunflower is that it has no defense which is why you need to get more plants, preferably offense plants. And that's what the sun is for.

In a level, you always want to pick a Sunflower or if it's a Night Level, choose Sunshroom. By picking this type of plant, it does the same job as the Sunflower at night. It's actually cheaper because it costs only 25 Sun (compared to a Sunflower which costs 50 Sun).

In a Day Level, you always want to pick Sunflowers. You may want to pick a low cost plant to defend your Sunflowers from zombies early in the level. You also want to choose something that will get you through the level like a Potato Mine because it cannot last the entire level. When you using a Potato Mine, you can only kill off one zombie with it. After using a Potato Mine, you have to plant a new one. Since there are so many zombies, it takes too much time to plant Potato Mine after Potato Mine. They load slowly and take lots of time to arm themselves.

The next thing you want is an Offense Plant, such as an Explosive even though they load slowly. While this is a drawback, it's the difference between winning and losing sometimes. One type of explosive is Cherry Bomb. Just in case things don't look good for the level you are in. And you should consider a second offensive plant that can last you the entire level such as Pea Shooter or Snow Pea.

Give these a try.

Hello. My name is Jordan and I am excited to share my thoughts about the Plants Vs Zombies game that my Dad will type for me here.

Some of the topics will be about how to plan good attacks, good plants to pick, and good defense against the zombies.
